About Legal Due Diligence

Legal due diligence is the investigation on legal matters conducted at the time of merging and acquisition of a company.

It is to inspect the legal risk generated by the risk and deal lurking in the contract that the company concludes.

Since our company is not a law firm, we do not handle legal DD in principle.

In case it is considered to be more efficient to carry out examination with other DD as a set, or it is preferred to consider the risk found in other DD, our company will seek assistance from a tie-up law firm.
