    At audit corporation Deloitte, engaging in fields such as financial due diligence relating to the M&A of financial institutions, support services of mobilization and securitization (CLO、CDO、CMBS), performance inspection for investment advisory firms and the construction of due diligence system for financial institutions.
    Afterwards, at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., engaging fields such as current price inspection of derivatives such as SCDO, composition of hedge funds and making of profit reserve models, at Tokyo Star Bank, engaging in acquisition-related financing services (Senior Mezzanine), business securitization, composition of Mezzanine fund, M&A advisory service and consulting services related to business restructure and consulting.
    After establishing Yamashita Accounting Firm, engaging in various fields such as acquisition of catering business, composition of anonymous combination of store operation types, composition of non-recourse type FC model, M&A consulting service, support on real estate mobilization, advice on listed company TOB, consulting of business succession, agent service and monitoring agency service of financial institutions, evaluation of financial due diligence and derivatives.
    After establishing yenbridge Inc., engaging in various fields such as advisory service for CB injunction statement event and equity finance of listed company, advisory service of mobilization and securitization, support on the construction of internal management systems of financial institutions, listed companies, funds and so on.
